WHAT IS AINA LOYALTY?

Aina Loyalty is a Hawaii based platform providing a loyalty program that allows customers to earn and redeem AinaPoints at participating local businesses.

WHO CAN JOIN AINA LOYALTY?

Aina Loyalty is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older, with their own email address, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.

HOW DO I JOIN AINA LOYALTY?

Eligible individuals may enroll by creating an account on the REGISTRATION SITE.

You will be required to provide your full name, email address, and date of birth to create an account.

WHAT ARE AINA LOYALTY’S TERMS OF SERVICE?

HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE THROUGH THE REGISTRATION?

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Aina Loyalty is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?

Absolutely not! Joining Aina Loyalty is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn Points.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Provide your phone number (the one provided during the registration process) when you make qualifying purchases at participating stores.

We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional AinaPoints in connection with certain transactions, items, locations, and promotions.

WHAT TYPES OF PURCHASES EARN POINTS?

You will earn Points for most purchases made at participating stores, except (but not limited to) gift certificates.

Some purchases may be excluded from earning points at our sole discretion.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET FOR EACH PURCHASE?

You will earn 5 AinaPoints for each dollar you spend on qualifying transactions at participating stores, excluding taxes, discounts, and items purchased with any rewards or other awards.

We may also, at our sole discretion, raise or lower the rate in connection with certain transactions, items, locations, and promotions.

HOW ARE POINTS CALCULATED?

AinaPoints are calculated on the subtotal (i.e. the purchase amount before tax, after discounts) of your qualifying purchases.

For example, a customer who orders an item worth $7.75 and pays $8.11 (including GET), earns 35 AinaPoints (35 = 5x7). (Assuming the earning rate is set to 5 points per 1 dollar).

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE I CAN REDEEM THEM FOR REWARDS?

As soon as you reach 100 AinaPoints, you can begin redeeming Rewards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

It may take up to 24 hours for eligible purchases to be posted to your account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?

When you return an item and get refund, the associated Points will be deducted from your account.

HOW MUCH ARE AINA POINTS WORTH?

Every 100 AinaPoints is worth one dollar ($1.00) off your purchase.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

You need to log into your Dashboard and generate an AinaReward (QR code) before receiving discounts at participating stores.

Present your AinaReward (QR code) at cashiers to receive your discount when making payments at participating stores (Rewards cannot be used towards previous purchases).

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR REDEEMING POINTS?

AinaPoints/AinaRewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product, service, or monetary refunds.

AinaPoints/AinaRewards cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupons.

AinaPoints/AinaRewards cannot be used toward purchases of gift certificates, charitable items, promotional value sets, taxes, or other charges.

Cash back will not be given if the dollar value of your AinaRewards exceeds your purchase value.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL REWARDS?

Yes. At the beginning of the month of your birthdate, 100 AinaPoints will automatically be added to your account balance.

Some participating stores may have additional rewards and promotions. Refer to the specific merchant page, email, or online account for details.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?

You can check your account status and balance by logging into your account and going to your dashboard.

DO MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

While your membership may remain open, AinaPoints are valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.

CAN I TRANSFER POINTS FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER?

No. AinaPoints/AinaRewards are not transferrable and cannot be aggregated.

WHY DID MY QR CODE DISAPPEAR?

AinaRewards (QR code) will expire in 7 days after it is generated and corresponding AinaPoints will be credited to your account.

WHAT IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?

If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your account, please contact support@ainaloyalty.com for support. This email must be sent within fourteen (14) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a Member account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the instruction to create a new password.

HOW DO I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY AINA LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP?

If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Aina Loyalty program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support@ainaloyalty.com. Your email must specify your name, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the program. It may take up to seven (7) business days for your cancellation to complete.

If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any AinaPoints you may have earned and/or any AinaRewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the program. If you wish to return to the program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to create a new account, starting with no Points or available Rewards.

CAN MY ACCOUNT BE REVOKED?

Your account may be revoked by Aina Loyalty, in its sole discretion, at any time.

Any abuse of the program or systems; failure to follow any of our terms; account inactivity for more than twelve (12) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Aina Loyalty or our interests may result in the revocation of your account and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program.

If your account is revoked, any AinaPoints/AinaRewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Aina Loyalty and its features will automatically terminate, in our sole discretion.

CAN THE AINA LOYALTY BE MODIFIED OR TERMINATED?

Yes. Aina Loyalty may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the program, the program terms, or any aspect or feature of the program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect AinaPoints already earned and/or the value of AinaRewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem AinaRewards.

If the program is terminated, any AinaPoints/AinaRewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, in our sole discretion.
